If You’re Looking for the Ultimate Palm Springs Inspiration, Look No Further
We Love to Retreat to Palm Springs
The unseasonably chilly, rainy ocean-front winter months have left us longing for warm air and bright sunshine, mountain ranges and sweeping golf course vistas. Where else but Palm Springs? In a quick 2 hour drive (traffic pending!) from Newport Beach is a desert oasis that is almost always guaranteed sun and fun. And even though it’s so logistically close, when you’re frolicking around Palm Springs it’s like being a world away. The quintessential weekend escape destination; it’s the perfect anecdote for the work-weary and party seekers alike. And fresh off the heels of our attendance at Modernism Week, Barclay is looking forward to creating incredibly beautiful new Palm Springs interiors in 2019 and beyond.

Palm Springs & Hollywood Influence
Palm Springs has an incredible history with the golden age of Hollywood, and so many Barclay Butera Interiors projects are often inspired by grand cinema. And whether you are buzzing down Jack Benny Road or cruising Frank Sinatra Drive, Hollywood influence is everywhere. For their part, Barclay and his team love to bring to life spectacular design projects that are glamorous but comfortable and inviting. After all, Palm Springs is the ideal design playground! Barclay has designed desert-chic haciendas, modern homes, and magnificent estates across iconic Coachella Valley. Each incredible property has a personality all its own, tailored to the homeowner of course, but with Butera’s razor-sharp vison and precision of execution. Having owned Sinatra’s iconic Twin Palms once-upon-a time ago and having designed numerous grand properties over the years, Barclay has surely solidified his legacy in Palm Springs for many years to come.
