Victory Ranch, a private, four-season retreat set amidst 6,700 acres just minutes from Deer Valley and Park City is where our clients call home.  We had the unique opportunity to design not one but three of the luxurious mountain homes on the property.

This is a place to escape, a place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of city life and a place for family and friends to gather and celebrate. What we dreamt of creating was something far from a simple cabin but a truly remarkable destination that would be a draw for generations to come.

The three homes we completed were all ground up construction, which allowed us to bring fresh, modern ideas to the unique rustic setting. These projects were very special to us because it really was a team effort between the builder and the owners.

Our inspiration came from the impeccable views of the resort, the Provo River, and the Jordanelle Resevoir.  We introduced a new aesthetic and added a twist to your classic mountain cabin. Some of our favorite details are the cantilevered powder vanity and matte plaster details around the fireplace. The fireplace façade and the herringbone floor in the master bath really stood out as well.

Ultimately this project was about more than simply building a beautiful house. It was about setting the stage for wonderful memories to be made.
