Park City, Utah
Bold, bright and convenient, I found my inspiration for the design of this urban high rise in both the old and the new architectural landmarks it overlooks. Thanks to an assortment of perfectly imperfect vintage pieces found at local flea markets, tribal rugs and the stylish mid-century modern furnishings this apartment became an eclectic medley of antique and avant-garde. Rich ruby, citrine and emerald jewel tones establish a warm energy feeling at once fresh and nostalgic while mixed metals give the space a dose of luster and shine. By purposefully avoiding color or wallpaper, it became easy to capitalize on the on the outstanding views of the city skyline and the peaks of the Rocky Mountains just beyond. The outcome is an apartment that perfectly embodies a blend of polish and glamour with hip downtown cool.
