Return and Exchange Exceptions
If an item is received damaged or defective, please notify customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. In addition, please submit a photograph of the damage or defect as this is required to process the claim with the manufacturer. Upon approval of the return, a shipping label will be sent to you and the order must be returned in its original packaging.
Under special circumstances (determined by Barclay Butera Interiors) we may allow a return or exchange. The item must be returned unused in its original packaging. The customer is required to cover return shipping and the original shipping will not refunded on the order. All items approved for return are subject to an additional 30% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund.
